and covered by the skin,and covered by the skin,the body is not seen as it is.the body is not seen as it is.It’s full of guts and belly,It’s full of guts and belly,

liver and bladder,liver and bladder,heart and lungs,heart and lungs,kidney and spleen,kidney and spleen,

spit and snot,spit and snot,sweat and fat,sweat and fat,blood and synovial fluid,blood and synovial fluid,

bile and grease.bile and grease.Then in nine streamsThen in nine streamsthe filth is always flowing.the filth is always flowing.

There is muck from the eyes,There is muck from the eyes,wax from the ears,wax from the ears,and snot from the nostrils.and snot from the nostrils.

The mouth sometimes vomitsThe mouth sometimes vomitsbile and sometimes phlegm.bile and sometimes phlegm.And from the body, sweat and waste.And from the body, sweat and waste.

but still it is cherished!but still it is cherished!And if, on account of such a body,And if, on account of such a body,someone prides themselvessomeone prides themselves
